1 General Provisions

These terms and conditions ("Terms") apply to the jid baji platform and all services operated under it. The platform includes the jidbaji.cam website, mobile applications and all associated digital channels.

These Terms constitute a legal agreement between jid baji ("Platform", "we", "us") and the user ("you", "member"). By accessing the platform, creating an account or using any service, you agree to comply with these Terms and all guidelines set out within them.

In addition to these Terms, our Privacy Policy and other specific guidelines also apply and are considered part of these Terms. In the event of any conflict or inconsistency, these main terms and conditions shall take precedence.

jid baji reserves the right to change, amend or revise these Terms at any time. A notice will be posted on the platform for important changes. Members are advised to review these Terms regularly at their own discretion.

2 Eligibility and Registration

2.1 Age Requirement

You must be at least 21 (twenty-one) years of age to open an account at jid baji and to participate in any form of betting or casino activity. The platform reserves the right to verify a member's age at any time. Providing false age information will result in immediate account closure and any deposited funds may be forfeited.

2.2 Registration Process

It is mandatory to provide accurate and complete information when registering an account. Only one account per person is permitted. If a person is found to hold multiple accounts, the platform reserves the right to close all such accounts and suspend withdrawals.

Required information at registration includes: full name, mobile number, password and date of birth. jid baji may request identity documents or other proof at any stage to verify the information provided.

2.3 Geographic Restrictions

This platform is operated for users in Bangladesh. Access from certain regions or countries may be restricted. Using a VPN or any other technical means to bypass these restrictions is strictly prohibited.

3 Account Management

3.1 Security and Confidentiality

You are solely responsible for keeping your account login details — username, password and OTP — completely confidential. These must not be shared with any third party. You are responsible for all activity that takes place on your account.

If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, notify our support team immediately. You are responsible for any transactions that occurred before the notification.

3.2 Updating Information

If any registered account information changes (mobile number, payment method, etc.), you must notify the platform promptly. Any withdrawal delays caused by outdated or incorrect information are the member's responsibility.

3.3 Account Inactivity

An account may be marked as inactive (dormant) if there are no transactions or logins for 12 consecutive months. Support assistance may be required to reactivate a dormant account.

4 Deposits and Withdrawals

4.1 Deposit Methods and Limits

Deposits at jid baji can be made using four mobile financial services: bKash, Nagad, Rocket and Upay. The minimum deposit amount is ৳500. Please use the correct payment reference when depositing — otherwise, the deposit may be delayed.

4.2 Withdrawal Methods and Timeframe

The same four methods — bKash, Nagad, Rocket and Upay — are available for withdrawals. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳800. Withdrawal processing generally takes between 30 minutes and 3 hours. Once a request is approved, funds are sent to the designated account.

4.3 Withdrawal Verification

Identity verification (KYC) may be required for large withdrawals or a first-time withdrawal. Once verification documents are submitted, funds are released within the standard timeframe. Withdrawals will only be sent to the mobile banking number registered on the account.

4.4 Ownership of Deposited Funds

All deposited funds must be your own and come from a legitimate source. Depositing funds from third parties or unknown sources is prohibited. Any suspected breach of this rule may result in the account being investigated and withdrawals being suspended.

5 Bonuses and Promotions

5.1 Welcome Bonus

jid baji offers new members a 100% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳8,000. The wagering requirement for this bonus is the bonus amount × 20. For example, if the deposit is ৳1,000 the bonus is ৳1,000, giving a balance of ৳2,000, and ৳1,000 × 20 = ৳20,000 must be wagered before the bonus amount becomes withdrawable.

If wagering is not completed within the specified time after receiving the bonus, the bonus may be cancelled. Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly — they become withdrawable only after wagering is complete.

5.2 Bonus Abuse

Any attempt to claim bonuses through multiple accounts, collusion or any form of manipulation will result in the relevant accounts being closed and the bonuses cancelled. jid baji reserves the right to start, modify or end any promotion at any time.

5.3 VIP Program

The jid baji VIP program has five tiers: Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum and Diamond. Each tier offers a weekly cashback — a fixed percentage of the member's total net losses for the week. Cashback rates range from 0.2% to 0.8% depending on the tier. For example, a Gold-tier member with a weekly net loss of ৳20,000 would receive ৳20,000 × 0.5% = ৳100 cashback. Separate terms apply to the VIP program.

6 Betting and Gaming Rules

6.1 Finality of Bets

Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be changed or cancelled. If a bet is placed at incorrect odds due to a technical error, jid baji reserves the right to void or correct that bet.

6.2 Sports Betting

The outcome of all sports bets is determined based on the official announcement of the relevant authority. If a match is cancelled or abandoned, the stake for the relevant bet will be refunded; however, for parlay bets, the cancelled leg will be counted as odds of 1.0.

6.3 Casino and Slot Games

All game outcomes are determined by a Random Number Generator (RNG). If a technical error is found in a game result, the relevant round may be voided. In live casino games, the dealer's decision is final. Each game has its own rules, which can be viewed in the game interface.

7 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited and may result in permanent account closure:

• Operating multiple accounts or using another person's account.
• Placing coordinated bets or colluding for the purpose of claiming bonuses.
• Attempting to interfere with the platform's software, or using bots or automated software.
• Money laundering or depositing funds from illegal sources.
• Opening or operating an account using false identity or documents.
• Exploiting technical errors or system vulnerabilities on the platform.
• Threatening, harassing or behaving offensively towards other members or staff.

For any of the above violations, jid baji reserves the right to close the account without notice, forfeit the balance and take legal action if necessary.

8 Responsible Gaming Guidelines

jid baji believes that online gaming is a form of entertainment — not a source of income. We actively support responsible gaming practices. Members can set deposit limits, session limits or self-exclusion on their accounts.

Anyone under the age of 21 is strictly prohibited from accessing or participating on this platform. It is the member's responsibility to prevent minors from using their account.

Our practices regarding the collection, storage and use of your personal information are described in our detailed Privacy Policy. Your information is used solely for account management, identity verification, payment processing and service improvement.

Your information is shared with third parties only for payment processing, fraud prevention and compliance with legal obligations. Your information is not sold to third parties for commercial purposes.

10 Service Suspension and Closure

10.1 Temporary Suspension

jid baji may temporarily suspend part or all of its services for maintenance, technical upgrades or other operational reasons. Advance notice will be given where possible.

10.2 Account Closure

Any account suspected of rule violations or fraud may be suspended during investigation. If the investigation finds no wrongdoing, the account will be reactivated. A member may also request account closure at any time — in such cases, the available balance will be made available for withdrawal.

11 Limitation of Liability

jid baji strives to provide a reliable and secure service, but cannot accept liability in the following circumstances:

• Losses caused by internet disconnection or issues with the user's device.
• Delays or failures by third-party payment service providers.
• Service disruptions caused by natural disasters, cyber attacks or other uncontrollable events.
• Losses arising from the member's own negligence or the compromise of their account credentials.

In any case, our maximum liability will not exceed the amount of your most recent deposit.

12 Changes to Terms and Dispute Resolution

12.1 Changes to Terms

jid baji may change these terms and conditions at any time. The effective date of any change will be noted on this page. Members will be notified of significant changes. Continued use of the platform after changes take effect will be considered acceptance of the revised terms.
